I was talking to one of your team and was told someone would get back to me about it, the phone is ZTE blade v8 only got it in March and it won't charge I would like someone to ring me as I have tried everything and ran up my own phone bill trying to ring you so someone get back to me on email or ring me on 07462088899.

I had problems with my ZTE Blade V8 in that it would not charge up. I contacted ZTE and was asked to send the phone to the Service Centre in a postal packet that would be sent to me. I posted the phone to you on the 18th December 2018 and confirmation has been given that the phone was delivered and signed for on the 20th December 2019.

I have not had any updates regarding the repair. I have tried to track the movement of the phone but can get no further than that it was received on the 20th of December.
I have tried several phone numbers in an attempt to contact someone regarding this, but have not been able to speak to anyone. I would be grateful if you could look into this matter and advise me accordingly.

Hi,
my phone was purchased on 18th January 2017 from the carphone warehouse in Rochdale Lancashire UK. My phone is great what is not so great is the fact that the supplied type c cable has stopped working and I am unable now to charge my phone as verified by carphone warehouse who told me to get in touch with you. Sure your supplied charging cable should last more than 1 month!
Can you please send me a replacement type c cable so that I may be able to use my phone!
