HP DJ 2050 THREE IN ONE REG.
I got window-7 re-loaded on my pc and also re-loaded hp DJ-2050 three in one driver. I was earlier using this printer-cum-scanner for scanning only. But now I have tried my best to get the desired documents scanned, but failed. Earlier when I opened my computer, this hp printer icon used to appear on the screen. On clicking this, I used to choose scan and then depending on the colored, grey or blank & white, the document was scanned. I have made all efforts but failed to get my documents scanned on this gadget on my pc. Please help by suggesting a way to overcome this problem.

In spite of repeated follow-ups my printer HP Deskjet GT 5820 which was attended by your engineer on 7th July 2018 and was informed that the part he took would be replaced at cost that is not the issue, but no shows, and I called at least 15 numbers which I have documented in spite of me escalating it to the highest level till date. Please ensure my complaint is attended else I shall have no option but file a complaint before the consumer court.

Hi, I am John Scariachan from Nahil Service Centre. We are an ASP of HP at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We have received a Zero Client from one of our customers. The problem is color patches on the screen. We have to replace the unit. Kindly do the needful to open a case ID in Dubai as per the new procedure and also give us the HP Dubai Toll-Free number.

I purchased an HP 61 black/tri-color combo pack of ink from Amazon on 10/22/18. I did not put it into my printer until 5/4/19. The black ink did not work. I had to purchase another black cartridge.
The date on the ink cartridge which is bad is 08/03/2020. Another number on the ink 2415509152123323.
Amazon will not help with the defective ink since it out of the return window. Is there anything you can do to help? I always purchase a replacement cartridge when I install my last one so I don't run out which is why I did not use it until May 2019. It was sealed in the package until I attempted to use it.

I had a defective hp ink cartridge. Your service people, Tara, on your online chat & then Darrick in Manilla were both very helpful in solving my problem. Thank you for standing behind your products & for your prompt response. I've been a customer for years & will continue to be one. I bought your HP Deskjet 1220c Printer. I've had it for many years & it still runs great!

I am using a Compaq Presario v6000 laptop and it is a pretty good laptop but for a week there is a problem with sound in my Laptop when I contact the developer's office they said me that the driver of this laptop is only available at Compaq customer care. So please help me as soon as possible. I am using a Windows XP operating system.

Dear HP,
I am willing to buy an HP Notebook - 15-ay146nz in Switzerland and I want to take it to India. Do I get the guarantee in Indian HP authorised service centre? if any service required for me in future. Because it covers 2 years warranty from HP. Please revert back as soon as possible.

Misbehaved and issues in the product
Dear Sir/Madam,
I had bought two cartridges from a dealer's shop in Santacruz West. The color cartridge was working well. No issues. But the Black and white were not fitting into the slotted post and the message coming in the display column was Black Cartridge not working well. I have the invoice with The GST also charged in the Bill. Thereafter, I approached the shop by the name Geonet IT, Mall in Santacruz west for a replacement. It was no fault of mine if the new Black and White cartridge was not fitting inside the carriage slot. So I had to buy a new one.
I approached the Sales People of Geonet IT Mall and they denied to give me the replacement. I told them I would get the printer to ascertain the Truth. They responded goods will not be taken back.
I deeply felt insulted for it was no point of mine is getting the unworkable Black and White cartridge.
There was a request for a replacement but eventually turned down. It's more than two months since that the cartridge is lying with me and I fear the new ink may dry.
In view of the above, kindly take some action.
