I cannot change the images on my site even though I am doing it correctly

The problem that I am encountering is regarding changing images on my website. I am doing it correctly, but the button to "change the image" remains static. What do you suggest I do?

I have spent many hours building my site on desktop and found the process do-able. But once built I have run into roadblocks in trying to transfer the info to a workable mobile site. And have not been able to send a workable download to Facebook. Your support site has not worked for me and when trying to go beyond the cycle of the checklist and receive more direct help have been lead down dead-ends. I even contracted a for pay help site and they said I would have to get help through Wix.
I would most like to receive a test call to help me resolve these issues. When I call the number provide by Wix I receive a canned message and hang-up, it does not allow me to submit a call-back number. If I can not get the assistance that was promised to resolve these problems then the site I built to promote my art is of no use and I will need to receive a refund of the year's payment that I made. Renewing subscription lost Wix account
I have been trying to retrieve our Wix premium account so that we (Reading Refocus) can renew our subscription. We have provided your customer support with all the evidence that this is our account and domain. They have asked us to provide the card that we took out the subscription with last year but this card has expired and we have a new card. Your customer support keeps sending us the same information rather than dealing with our query. As a result, we have also a lot of access to our email (info@readingrefocus.org.uk) which we migrated from the email we set up the Wix account with (reading_refocus@yahoo.co.uk).
It is a big problem there is no chat or phone number that we can speak with someone to sort this out. Very disappointed with Wix. It feels like we are fighting in the dark with our two hands tied behind us.
Please get this sorted as soon as possible or we'll have to find another provider and rebuild our website with them.

You've no doubt heard it before. It would be helpful to have an email address to ask questions not covered by your support page or a telephone number in the UK.

I can not access my account
I have made several attempts to access my Wix account to make changes. I do see that I can pull it up so it seems to be an alive or active account. I'm trying to add a section where my guests can book online. Can someone please give me a call at 623 522 0460 today, please? I have potential clients accessing my website but can't book!

We are a Premium Plan Customer to WIX for the past 8 years. We just paid our Invoice for our renewal approximately 2 weeks ago. Can you help on our WEB Page some of our photos are blocked? Can you get them unblocked immediately for customers are questioning why and how come? Please respond,

Can not edit or create on my online site
I am a new customer. I started my website a few weeks ago and I seem to be running into issues without any assistance from Wix. I am unable to edit or change anything on my site. Which leaves me crippled and not able to progress forward. It's impossible to contact you guys or speak to anyone about the matter. I am very disappointed and feel I wasted money creating a site I can't manage.

Why on earth are people giving this company 2 stars when their customer service is NON Existence! I would give them NO stars if possible!
There is absolutely NO way to contact them!
I bought a membership via a website built with Wix (I have also previously had my own free website with Wix, never published it because I decided to go with Wordpress.org instead), and I canceled the membership but still, they charge my credit card every month.

Problem regarding premium plan
Hi,
I bought a Wix premium package with Domain.
www.floridasuntransport.com. However I disconnect my old designed site and created a newly designed site which I want to connect my domain to this new site. It keeps asking me to buy a new premium plan. I do not want to buy another premium plan so please tell me what can I do. I want the domain that I bought with WIX to connect to my newly designed site by WIX.

I have been trying to connect to Wix, to cancel the Credit Card from going though since Wednesday. Then the weekend came you were closed until Monday.
Hollywoodtajstar.com would like it canceled as soon as possible.
Need to get hold of my friend to pay for it. I went over my Limit. I would like to reconnect at a later date.

Again charged for thew same service
I am being billed and charged for 2 separate items at the same time! Fix this now, please!
I have upgraded my service and am still getting charged for the service I had before! This is not right. These are two Separate Charges to my account!

I am exhausted trying to get in touch with a human being at Wix to help me through a problem. Please contact me so we can have a dialog. Your "stock" answers do not resolve my problem. I need some human interface.
