I sent my parcel on 5/4 international priority mail CV056707599US. Since 5/7 the tracking still stuck at ISC NY and today 5/18. I have no idea how long will it take and who should I contact. Please advise.

Original documents, birth certificate, marriage license, were sent from the Republic of Ireland, Registered, on 3 January 2018 and received at your facility on 6 January 2018. Registration number RL678173813IE. As of this date, 30 May 2018, the documents have not been delivered. I cannot understand why we have not received them. We send letters and packages, as well as receiving letters and packages, to and from Ireland often and without delay. Usually, there is a less than 10 day delivery of the items sending them first class. As you can imagine, we are very frustrated and would like an explanation as to why the documents have not been delivered.

My package has been at your facility since May 21st. It was supposed to be here already! Why are you still holding it? You need to get my package moving along! EV851647334CN.

My package, tracking number RA073333361UA, has been at your facility since Aug 4th. I submitted a second order from the same seller and those items have already been delivered. The only thing in the package is some balls made out of wool that I need to create a craft for my business. I understand the only person that can submit a request is the seller, but I do not have any information as to how the seller, who is over seas, would be able to submit a form. I am beyond upset and confused. Not getting any help from my own postal service.
