Your site will not allow me to access and delete my account. I would like this account, all information and profile deleted "immediately".
Should this NOT be done, emails will be forwarded to both the BBB and the Consumer Complaints department of the Canadian Government.

My log in is marked remember me and it has always let me into the site. Tonight I can't get in. I put in password email do the code and it just gives me another code. I am a member and this is very frustrating. I called and it rings once and hangs up. Please take care of this problem.

I joined your site before. It was a good site, but if you join for 6 months and don't report you to want to cancel (which is almost impossible because your phone number is useless) you're automatically renewed. I was looking to join again, but not if I can't get in touch with someone by phone.

Please try and get this problem fixed. When we want to see the other photos someone has, the site won't work. Only the original photo is seen, even if they have posted several others. This an ongoing problem.

Every time I try to access my site a box pops up saying I'm not a robot and won't let me get any further. I've tried answering the questions and it just keeps on adding more and never letting me gain access. If not fixed soon I am going to cancel. My phone number is 330-595-2359.

Maybe you guys think your website is the Cat's Meow. I don't. Why is it when one tries to contact a person on the chat site, and it shows them listed as being on the chat site, it turns out to be untrue? Why when one is offline they aren't actually unlisted from the chat site? How about spending some of the big bucks you make and bring your site into the 21 Century.

My account profile has been changed and the password changed also last night. This is the 4th time my account has been hacked and last time they got into my credit card account and received money off my credit card. I want my profile took off the site and my account closed.

I have joined your site at 50% off but I want it only for 1 month. But the site processed it at 6 months. Now I am trying to cancel it but it is not allowing me to do that. I also called in your office at 4:50 western time but it was closed.

I just sent a message and complained about all the unnecessary things that you put people through typing their email address multiple times and having to figure out what letters and numbers you want is all a waste of time. The information you should be asking is what kind of individual are they looking for etc. Hope this helps you.

I removed my auto renewal, beaware of that! why you force me to reactivate lately?????? damn you! if i do not i can not enter your site. i still have days to expire. my credit card used is cancelled due to fraud. so if i reactivate it would be denied. the fee of transactions you will have to pay!!! damn! your action is no good. iren
