I have been charged by EE (my network provider) £78.09 for calls made outside of my contract plan. I have statements from both EE and Rebtel for the period in question. All of the calls were made via Rebtel and the statement from Rebtel confirms that. The statement from EE for the same period carries charges of £78.09 apparently for the same calls. All of the charges are against the number 03332414417 (Rebtel) I have spoken to EE who inform me that the charges have been made by Rebtel to my account. How can I be charged £78.09 for calls when your statement shows the calls to be free. Why have you made these charges against my account? I need to resolve this problem quickly since I have to pay EE on 10/5/18.
