1st Electercity bill not received
Dear Team,
Our electricity meter installed name of Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. at Guruharsahai (Punjab) dated 16-Oct-2017 vide security Receipts number.273. Till date we have not received electricity bill.
Request to you please issue 1st electricity bill on the priority basis.

Respected Sir,
I have paid my bills yesterday but due to some technical problem, the website stopped working. But the amount of Rs 1794 has been deducted from my account. When I checked my bill status in recipt. They don't show the latest receipt. Please do needful action.

I would like to draw your attention towards the theft of electricity for past 5 years at H.No- S-2/66, Garden Colony, Mission Road, Pathankot, the electricity meter is in the name of Ankush Mahajan s/o Naveen Mahajan.
The electricity meters of the whole colony is being hanged at the poles which are placed outside the houses but this is the only house in the colony where the meter is still inside the house.
Every month we see that the people of electricity team come and they bribe them and this process is prevailing for many years. I request you to send the special team to check their meter and should place their meter at the external pole.

Complaint redarding miss behave
I call on your complaint number 9646101909 for registering my complaint regarding light but the representative he behaved roughly to me. I only asked him about the area facing the cut which he answered multiple areas, I called my colleague and he said his area Chander Nagar have electricity, I called the complaint number again and asked he was talking about the areas doesn't have electricity actually have it so why the cut is only in my area.
After that, he became rude to me and handed over the phone to another but instead of solving my problem another person only suggested me to register a complaint regarding the executive I earlier talked to.
After that, I call to PSOCL toll-free number 1912 they suggested me to register a complaint on 9646112094 but this number is temporarily off.
So here I suggest to you do not hire that kind of people who cannot solve customers query.

Power Outage Every Now Then
Dear Sir,
I live in sector-70 Mohali, for the past ten days the power supply has been irregular. Most of the times the supply trip within 15 minutes after has been restored. There is an outage for 5-10 minutes, the supply will be restored and within a space of 30 minutes again there will be an outage. This phenomenon carries on throughout the day and especially during the evenings and night time.
I kindly request you to look into this fault and rectify it as soon as possible. If this carries on it may lead to breaking down of appliances especially the refrigerators and ACs.

Regarding no-electricity complaint

I am from Khanna (Punjab) and want to register a complaint for non electricity in our house (Nai Abadi, Khanna). I want to register the complaint but unable to do so as all available customer care numbers are non working. I tried 1912 number too but could not connect.

No supply 4 to 5 hours daily
Sir, there is no supply from last two months for 4 to 5 hours daily. Some days there is no supply full night. Electric employees aren't answering, they tell us to talk with SDO or XEN.

Complaint against Mall road center Patiala
Last night electricity supply was distrusted in Ajit Nagar Patiala area around 10 PM, in spite of repeated telephone calls no one attended the call and the receiver was kept aside. At 4 AM again I called complaint center I was informed there is a shortage of staff and the supply was restored in the morning around 10 AM. It is a horrible experience that telephone receiver is taken off and vague replies are offered if all telephone is received. Please take care and think no supply for 12 hours in the summer night. This is complaint against JE and SDO of 66 KV Sub Station Nagoke Tehsil Khadur Sahib District Tarn Taran
My Flour Mill has been connected with compensator, which I have uploaded the compensator Bill including the uploading at Sub Station Nagoke but no action has been taken and the charger bill is being charged with a Compensator.
I have been circling for 6 months. One of the officers, SDO, JE Hari Singh is not listening anymore, I also have Rs 1500 plus Rs. Please note that my application should be noted and justice should be done with me.
Note:- The original bill of my Compensator has also been lost.

Regarding wrong Meter Reading
Sir,
I am a consumer of meter number X44DP330783k and writing this complaint regarding wrong meter reading in the recent bill. The bill indicates the reading as 23104 but as on 27 June 2018, the actual meter reading is 23308. I suspect the person who is responsible for meter reading is not checking the reading properly.
This will impact me in the future bills with higher costs. Please look into this issue and inform me for the appropriate actions that will be taken.

The SDO Ghanauli is not taking any action on my complaint against the new Transformer placed under him without our permissiom
Respected sir,
I Jashanpreet Singh the resident of village Kawamura, Ropar, Punjab have a complaint regarding the placement of the Transformer at the side of my house. I also went to SDO of my area, Randhir Singh at Pspcl office Ghanauli and on 7 May 2018 I gave him the written complaint but until now no action has taken by him regarding my complaint. The permission of the placement of the Transformer is somewhere else but to harm and disturb us they placed it there. Now SDO Ghanauli is not taking any responsibility for the bad working of his workers and he is not even solving my problem I went to his office many times but I was none of any use. It's my humble request that the head officer of Pspcl department should come and see the situation and strict action should be taken against the person who placed it. If anyone dies due to this Transformer the Pspsl department is responsible as firstly they placed it there and now they are not taking any action regarding it.

Bill payment at patiala near railway station
Sir, we have a complaint against the long queues on bill payment counter, we are standing from last one hour for bill payment but there is only one counter opened for bill payment, all the consumers are irritated from queues kindly solve this issue, and one thing more that S.D.O is also not available in office. I am Dr. Raghuveer Sharma Mark the letter to SDO Model town Ludhiana, she marked the letter to Jee Mr. Harjeet Singh when I do contact with them he gives me the number of Jee Mr. Pawanjit Singh, I do contact with them 2-3 days now his shift was changed now Mr. Ishwar Singh was on duty he gives the number of Forman but Forman did not gave me any response. Again I called Mr. Ishwar Singh he gave me the number of SDO madam this number was not working. Still, there is no support given by them. I am so harassed by your Department. Kindly revert me as soon as possible.

Electricity bill not shown in website to pay online
Dear Sir,
I am unable to find my electricity bill online on the PSPCL portal. My customer id is 3000482697. I also want to know that I could not pay my last 4-5 months bill due to being unemployed. I am unable to pay my bill at once. Therefore, I request to let me pay the amount in two installments.
