To whom it may concern, I am requesting to cancel my subscription to PDF Filler. When I signed up I knew it was for a 14-day free trial. due to unforeseen health issues, it just slipped my mind as to go ahead and cancel before my trial ended. At this time I am requesting that my subscription is canceled because I am in a financial bind. Please cancel as soon as possible.
Also please email me back with a confirmation that this message was received and that my subscription was canceled.
