I have a complaint about my extra credit, I bought a SIM after that activated 10$ plan 500 MB. After 6 days I recharged 20$ extra credit, after that, I changed the plan daily 2$/500. That time my all extra credit gone. So how to recover my extra credit.

Hello Optus,
How is it going?
First of all, it's really annoying that I couldn't open a chat or call from overseas to sort out my troubles right away. My web browser keeps saying that the web page is slowing the web browser down.
The real problem is that I got a 12M plan because that was cheaper than recharging every single time. I think I got it in June and decided to leave Australia in August. I went to the store to cancel my 12M plan but I had to pay an additional A$100,- to do so. So I thought it was smart to keep the plan going on till it was over. I discussed it with the sales team from Optus and they explicitly told me that it would automatically stop after I had done my stint. To my surprise, I got a bill for this month that wasn't supposed to come. You can see that I left Australia mid-August because after I didn't use any data. I hope you can make you guys can do something about because I am not going to pay for an additional year or month.

I have received two emails from you saying that I have signed up for an account with you. I have not. I live in the UK and have never heard of Optus.

I just tried to pay a bill and update my plan. I spoke to Elliot, Dianne, Annet, Gerson, Ethan, David and Liberty. When I spoke to Dianne she had to speak to her manager and put me on hold for 57 minutes.
Then I called back only to get pushed around from one consultant to another. For another 53 minutes.
Plus every second person had to "refresh their tool" and put me on hold. You should invest in your "tools" if they are not fresh. This whole process took just under 2 hours. To pay a bill!
The customer service with Optus is abysmal. Once my contract with Optus finishes I am moving to another company.
