Blocked NRI account Status
I got a new checkbook and two Debit Cards. I did two transactions in my Account. After than suddenly the bank BLOCKED my account. I do not know why? I have written a letter to Chennai Branch. Waiting for my new checkbook & new Debit Cards. Requesting the Chennai Branch Manager to do the needful regarding activation of my NRI account at the earliest.
I will highly appreciate your co-operation in this regard. Waiting for prompt favorable reply.

Updation of my mobile number
I am card holder of Citi Indian oil card number 4386 **** **** 9716 with validity up to 02/21. More than two weeks back visited Chennai office for updating my new mobile number 9941301999. Lady Manager attended to very politely and took scanned copy of my Aadhar card and informed that Bank would follow with telephonic confirmation of the information. I never received any call so far nor got updation of my mobile number. This has become necessary due to the closure of Aircel.
Kindly do the needful at least now.

My Card Numbers are 5241 xxxx xxxx 1289 and 5291 xxxx xxxx 6233. I have sent the self-attested xerox copy of my Aadhar card and pan card to your office at Chennai by regd. post on 15.6.19 which must have been received by you, with a covering letter dated 12.6.19 but I am getting reminders for the same. Please look into it.
Add on card number 5291 xxxx xxxx 0912 In the name of my wife Mrs. Subhra Roy has been issued for my aforesaid card number 6233. Related Xerox of Adhar & pan cards of her has also been sent with my aforesaid letter dated 12.6.19.
I am still getting reminders for the cards. Please confirm compliance.

I am Goutam Mandal credit card number 5241xxxxxxx4828 long time using your credit card. Before the current bill, I have not faced any problem. But in my current bill, I am facing a problem. I have bought train tickets by IRCTC and bus tickets by Shyamoli Paribahan. But I have canceled all the tickets. therefore, the current bill amount should be negative. I have checked your bill and observed errors in your bill. Just, for example, some IRCTC transactions the same amount repeated. And all the refund amounts not replicated. So, you are requested to take the necessary action as soon as possible.

Document for change of address
I have recently changed my residence (in Pune only) and sent a letter to Citibank cards along with a copy of the landline telephone bill at my new address. The change has so for not been done. Today I tried to edit/change online but I am yet to change the address on my PAN and Aadhaar Card. The only document with me is the telephone bill. I am keen to get the new address recorded as my renewed cards are due soon. Please advise what can I do. My card nos are 5498 xxxx xxxx 3552 and 4386 xxxx xxxx 1666.

Please cancel my credit card
Please cancel my Citi bank credit card which is held by BlueDart courier. This Deliver guy doesn't have minimum patience. I don't want to take any risk. Please confirmed that my CARD is canceled. And send me confirmation by replying or sending SMS 9642990307.

I TB Rangachari holding of your credit cards since 1991 of bearing numbers 5546xxxxxxxxxx80746 and 4386xxxxxxxxxxx5800 I am regular clearing my dues for the month of Feb 2019 the amount Rs.13,082-00 for card no 5800 and 16,455-00 for card 0746 I paid vide cheques 554974 and 75 on 05 March 2019 I drooped at you droop box at Spice mall ATM Noida though It was due on 07 March. Again I got SMS on my register mobile 9412224721 on 20 March for amount 48850-00 for 5800 cards and around 21000 for card 0746. I drooped cheques for 48850-00 and 23,000 vied cheque nos 554981 and 82 on 22 March 2019. (The cheque for 48,850 is dated 10 March by mistake I put that date)
It is requested that please send my statements to mail id rangachari.tb@gmal.com if you have charged me any late fee please revert back in my next statement I hope you will look into the matter and reply for my mail. Please let me know what happen to my cheques drooped earlier at your ATM (SPICE Mall Noida).

I have sent several emails informing you that I am not receiving my Credit Card bills either by post or in my mail even though I have updated my mail id in your records. Would you kindly look into this matter I am unable to pay my bills, as a result, I have to pay a late fee for which I am not responsible? I will have no option but to cancel the card and put in a complain to your higher authorities.

Wrong billing on credit card statement
It was observed from the credit card statement for the month of October 18 that a sum of Rs 141.75 on account of interest have been charged whereas the total amount due for the previous month was already have been paid before the due date, therefore, the said amount may pleased be waived off.

I spoke to your representative and asked them to update my email id so I would receive my Credit Card Bill, my mail id has still not been updated and my Credit Card Bill is due on the 9th of September 2018. I also do not have a Customer Id and so I can not log in net banking, would be obliged if one of your representatives call me and help me through the process of net banking, then I would be able to check my Accounts as well as check my Credit Card dues.

I would like to inform you that I am the customer of Citi bank, I have my salary account on behalf of the indigo airline, my complaint is this, every month I am getting a deduction of Rs600/- from my account due to not keeping Rs10000/- balance in my account. I would like to keep you remember that this is my salary account so why are unnecessary charges you are taking. when I took a salary account from your clients they did not give me such information.
