I bought a sports vest from ZORLU AVM - ISTANBUL branch with invoice number ZRL2017000002574. After washing it, goose feathers started popping out from different points on the vest while making sports causing a ridiculous view. I claimed change or return at ZORLU but received a negative reply. They said in writing it was not a production default. I bought the same type of vest 2 years ago and am still using it without any problem.
I am renewing my claim with you hoping to receive a positive approach.

Cactus Jack Jordan 4 release today
As a long time Nike champion and an avid Elite member that spends a lot with you, I find it very disappointing at what happened during the release today at 10 am ET.
The app was not responding telling me that there was a problem and never allowing me to even enter a draw for the cactus Jack Jordan's. I'm very disappointed and it's left a horrible taste in my mouth. It makes me realize that Nike is allowing bots to overtake the lifetime customers in order to get there hands on the shoes so they can resell for profit.
I would really appreciate the opportunity to purchase a pair of these shoes. Size 11 or 10.5 or 11.5.

My order is permanently blocked at checkout
I have been trying to order some Nike Dri-Fit lightweight quarter running socks, size 11+ in white. At checkout - whether with my Visa debit card or via PayPal - when I enter my address, the country given is Luxembourg! PayPal is not supported via Luxembourg, I'm told, nor is my genuine postcode "valid" for Luxembourg. Unsurprising as I live in the UK! Does this mean my identity has been stolen?
I have wasted hours trying to order this item and my experience so far is hardly encouraging me to order Nike items online in the future. Yet I need this item as a Christmas present and time is fast running out.
Please, can you help me?

Hi, I am bringing this situation to your attention.
My husband purchased a Nike tracksuit from Sports Direct in Calcot on the 27th of December costing £64.98 for the set. After wearing twice for only a couple of hours (to and from the gym) both items are covered in bobbles and look like he has owned the items for years, not something you would expect from Nike.
He tried to return the items to store on Saturday with the receipt and a refund was refused, I am taking this further with the store but thought you should know. If you would like more information on the items concerned then please let me know. He has been wearing your products for all of his adult life and we have never experienced this before.
I look forward to receiving your response.

I purchased a pair of Jordan sneakers for my grandson who is 6 years to wear for basketball games, he wore the sneakers twice and the tongue came out. The sneakers still look like they haven't been worn except a little dirt under the bottom. I took the sneakers back to the store (LA Gear in Lake Charles LA) the guy at the register went to the back and came back with a female that told me they don't take back worn sneakers. The female kept focusing on the sneaker being worn not that the product was defected, the guy at the register stood there laughing at the conversation. The lady called someone and I tried to explain to him and he hung up the phone in my face while I was trying to explain the reason I was returning the sneakers. This was and is extremely poor customer service. I only wanted them to make good on the sneakers, fix or replace them. I think you should standby the products that you sell if it is a reasonable return.

I have purchased many many pairs of Nike sneakers and this one pair I have has some type of defect with the sneaker. I paid $80 for these sneaker and I expected to wear them much longer than I have they squeak when I walk and it is most embrassing I bought these sneaker for work and I cannot wear these . I tried to return them from where I purchased them and they said they could not help me I had to contact Nike ok so now I'm stuck with a pair of squeaky sneaker that I can't wear. The reason I'm sending this I would like to have my sneakers replaced with another pair that I can wear for wk and walking out doors. I can send these back because their is nothing I can do with these and I work very hard and have bought lots of things fron Nikes so I hope that you can help this unsatified customer with her squeaking sneakers. I do a lot of walking so these sneakers are very much neede.

I purchased a Nike Ladies Golf reversible Gillette which I love but sadly the bottom of the zip which fits into the clasp has broken off. Is there any way this can be prepared?
