I was hung up on by the representative who took my call because I asked her to please repeat my email address. She interrupted me numerous times and claimed she was going to email me an email address. The email address she said she was sending me is so that I can get help with the activation code to my Nextbook Ares 10A. I have not received any email from anyone and it's because she did not have my correct email address. I also have called and still no return call from you at Nextbook.
