Hi, I bought a nextbook tablet for my grandson's birthday. I bought it about a month before his birthday so I didn't have to worry about it not realizing that Walmart has a return policy of 15 days on their electronics. After opening the tablet and trying to set it up it would not work. The screen froze up and couldn't get it to come back. I couldn't even get it to the point where you put in the activation code. This is the second Nextbook tablet I have bought and has not worked. I ate the cost of the last one but refuse to do that again with this one. Could you please tell me what I need to do to return this tablet back to you and get my money back. I already replaced this one for my grandson as it was his birthday present.
