We purchased a Next book area 8 in November and had issues with it not charging via the charger that came with it then it would get really hot at times also it shuts off randomly with full battery or won't connect to my internet. The problem now is the screen cracked while I was using it. So now only half of the touch screen works. We only had this tablet for less than 4 months and we would like to know what we can do to remedy the situation.

I purchased the Next book. I took it back 2 days later to exchange for another because it wouldn't charge. Now the new one won't charge. I can't take it back to exchange again because it's been more than 15 days. I really like it. Can you help me? The model number is NX16A11264.

Good afternoon,
I bought the Next book Ares 8 on 11/25/16 but now it no longer charges me, I can leave it for hours connected to the charger and only charge 15 or 20%. I bought it at Walmart and they told me to communicate with you. I need a change of my product because I only have 2 months with my tablet. I wait for your answer to know what to do.

I purchase the Next book Ares 8 on 12/17/16 from Walmart in Puerto Rico. The problem with the Next book is that it does not charge. I have tried the phone number on the yellow card and to help was unobtainable, furthermore, I tried to find the warranty register from and was not able to I would get my Next book fixed or what do I have to do, to fix this problem. any kind of help would be helpful, would be great.

I purchased the Next book Flexx 9 in December and it worked okay for about a month. It then became difficult to use at all. There is a defect. Something wrong with the charging port. It does not charge at all. You plug in the charger and the "charging light" flickers. The color changes from orange to green and then to off. This is clearly a manufacturing defect. I would like a new working replacement.

We bought your next book tablet from Walmart for my son to take to college. The tablet will not hold a charge. It is very important that he had this for school. Please help us to get this fixed or to get a replacement.
