To whom it concerns,
I called today to your customer service line at 888***5177. Was not on hold for long but the representative started talking to I already knew that not going to get a good answer to my problem. I don't remember her name. She wasn't rude to say but wasn't nice either. She said she noted. My account and placed my complaint to her superiors and I will hear from them. The problem with that is she didn't ask for my name or phone number.
The problem is that I received a notebook as a replacement for an RCA tablet that got broken that I had bought from Walmart. I no longer have insurance with them because of the replacement that I received I contacted Walmart and they turned me to you since the tablet is least than a year old and doesn't work. I did everything the girl at customer service for me to do. Except taking it a computer shop because it should be covered with a year warranty with you I received the notebook in October and it will not play. It will go to the screen that says notebook but no further and then it gets stuck and won't turn off. Please help me resolve this.

Hi,
I purchased a next book tablet 8 on 12/17/16 and it will no longer charge, I have tried to call customer services numerous times to no avail. My product is still under warranty. I would really appreciate a response to my problem.
