I bought this program on 25/4/2018. My invoice number is 70396653 and I paid for it. I have a new computer and cannot reinstall it cannot access it wants me to buy a key which I haven't got. Please, can you send me a key? Many thanks - Maria

The editor do not run the screen recorder
The Suite doesn't record the screen. Very bad support from the company. I have been asking for help only sending links but did not resolve the issue. I have uninstalled and install the program like 1000 times.

Screen recording is not working
I have tried to screen record football match on sky sports but when the recording finished and I watched the video, the screen was black I could only hear the volume.

Enquiry about the hard drive of Video Editor
We purchased Movavi Video Editor approximately 1 month ago through PayPal. The thing is we had to replace the hard drive in our computer and no longer have the editor. Can we get the editor on our new hard drive without having to pay for it again? Once we sign into microsoft will we have the option to download the full version without paying again?
