Hi Mazda Japan, 3 weeks ago, I had booked a Mazda 2 Sedan during the Mazda roadshow at Penang, the car registered under my wife name: Ong Pey Yann. The agent told me that I can get the car by end of this month. I had pay the downpayment if RM16,000++ and trade in my old car for RM11K. The loan of RM60K had been approved. The car was arrived on 28 April and sent for for inspection. I am very disappointed today after I had informed by the sales agent that my car cannot be registered this week. We only can get it on 5 May. The reason is headquater UNABLE TO ISSUE INVOICE due to year end financial closure. I cannot accept this kind of reason and excuses as my car had be delivered to Penang earlier. Why there is so slow to issue invoice? The downpayment of RM16K and RM11K already been transacted through my account since Monday. I was only informed last minutes that I cannot collect my car on the same day. I believe that Mazda in Japan as a well established company with good reputations, will not have treated customer so poorly. This is the first time I am purchasing Maz
