Hi,
I'm an owner of a Mazda 3. My car is 3 years old and I've been doing my best to keep it in the best condition, but I've noticed lately that my car paint has started deteriorating in multiple parts. I've contacted my dealer but he said that is because of my negligence and not taking care of my car which is not true. I've always had faith in Japanese products being the best and now that is slowly going away especially when your 3-year-old car looks from the outside like it's too old (bad paint quality).

I'm a Mazda CX-5 2.0 owner from Malaysia, my car model is CBU from Japan made in the year 2012.
I encounter the issue on the driver pilot seat cannot move forward & reverse. I send into nearer Mazda service center for checking and they replied that the motor gear was damaged, but I'm been told by them that I need to replace a complete seat come with the complete motor, which will cost me close to MYR3900.
It doesn't make sense that I need to replace a whole seat just because of the damage of the motor gear! On top of that, the motor gear is worn and tear parts with certain lifespan.
Please kindly consider your aftersales support on the available replacement parts for your Mazda customers, if you wish not to kill your own business in Malaysia even worldwide.
Please consider for your customer.
Hope I can get some good news from Mazda soon.

Dear Sir,
We are sending this message on behalf of Dwaraka Doss Goverdhan Doss Vaishnav College in Chennai, India.
Postgraduate students belonging to the Human Resources Department from this college take a small education tour abroad every year.
This year they are planning to visit Japan just for 4 days during early October 2018. During their visit they want to visit few manufacturing facilities in Japan and also interact with HR department of that company. The group will consist of 40 students and 2 Professors. They will spend a maximum of 2 hours in your factory.
We will be very much obliged if you could kindly consider our request favorably and send your confirmation. This is purely an educational tour undertaken by the students.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi Mazda Support,
I have read android auto is coming to Mazda. I wanted to post a link but believe the text here does not allow it.
I'm buying a Mazda CX-5 here in Malaysia but the thing holding me back is I'm not sure if I buy now will I get android auto in future? The salesman is unable to confirm or deny android auto is coming for existing CX-5 customer.
I've also sent a mail to Mazda (Bermas) Malaysia but no reply.
Thanks
Cheryl

I am a small business owner who supplies consignment and on-demand touch-up paint to new car dealerships across Perth Australia. I have legal ownership of 90 bottles currently on consignment at Mandurah Mazda. The parts manager and principle dealer refuse to give us our paint bottles due to the fact that their stock-take for the end of the year is inaccurate and their answer is to steal our property. The parts manager MICHAEL GREEN has sent us some very nasty e-mails and the principle dealer will not answer our e-mails so I have taken a case with Mazda Australia with case number 1458683.
If this theft is not resolved within Mazda I will take further action with consumer complaint and other federal action. The principle dealer seems to think if he ignores this we will go away but be assured we will not and would think that cooperation such as Mazda would not want the issue to escalate further. we will be seeking immediate return of our property or the value and lost revenue through legal channels if is required to commit to further action. I await your response.

My name is Mohammad Naser from Saudi Arabia and I own Mazda cx9 2015, last week my car had an electric malfunction and after been tested by the agent they decided to replace the Alternator with a new one which cost me about 700 USD although my car just passed 50000 km which surprised me because it is too early for Alternator to get replaced.
I kindly like you to consider this under warranty and retrieve back money.
Thank you very much and I am looking forward to your reply.

Dear Mazda,
I'm glad to be a Mazda car user for more than 4 years with Mazda CX-9 and before that with Mazda 6 2006 for 6 years. I notice that my CX-9 was perfect for 100000 km but after that, I face problem in AWD System (gearbox) and as per Mazda KSA I replace it with a new one. Again I face the same problem when my car run 145000 km (before 5 months) and I fix by replacing it with a new one in Mazda maintenance head office in KSA. Now after I run around 162000 KM the same problem repeated again (it's mean I use the last AWD System for 18000km) and it is damage!
Every time it cost me more than 1200$.
Is this problem in my CX-9 will continue like this, is this Mazda quality! Talking into consideration I'm run smoothly and I used just asphalt road with speed not more than 120km/hr.
For your information and required action.
Thanks & Best regards.

We have a Mazda Cx 5, regularly serviced by Mazda, has crossed 42,000 miles and needs a new automatic gearbox, very disappointed, we purchased this car from your dealership in Northampton England brand new as it had good reviews only to find it hasn't come up to expectations due to the gearbox. Mazda will only pay 50% towards the cost as the warranty has expired we expected to have 100% as the car has been serviced and is no fault of ours that the gearbox isn't any good after 42k which works out at 8400 miles a year.
An automatic gearbox would usually be expected to last around 100k if serviced regularly, which we have so this must be a major fault within our car that must have been there from the beginning.
I have seen on the internet, since our gearbox, that others have had the same problem so this may be a manufacturing problem.
Please, would you look at this as we were intending to replace at a later date with another CX5 but obviously if this cannot be repaired through Mazdas goodwill we won't even think about getting another Mazda?

I would like to lodge a complaint about the bad services extend by your Mazda Agent to their customer in Malaysia on the delivery of Mazda2 which I have placed a booking on 23 June (3.5 mths ago), they said the car will arrive in mid July until today I have no assurance as to when the car will be delivered (though they said Nov, can I believe them?) was told there has never been any car arriving Malaysia since June till now and the next batch of cars should only arrive in 3-4 months time. Frankly, I have lost my confidence in Mazda. I would appreciate it if you could look into the way Mazda handle my case and how irresponsible (ignoring my question, irresponsible) and untactful and unprofessional of Mazda

Dear Sir/Mam,
We would like to purchase 10 Pickup trucks but the local dealers do not sell trucks. Can we buy directly from you? We are one of the largest retailers in Qatar and we have the capability to repair/service these trucks. We were established in 1957 and are successfully selling many brands in Qatar.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I have a Mazda 6 registration number SP15VVO I've had the car now for 2 years now and I love the car. I used to buy Toyota cars for more than 20 years, but since I bought the Mazda 6 I've been most impressed. 6 months ago I discovered my alloy wheels were all flaking and are in a distressful state now. I contacted Mazda UK and they admitted it was a fault. But now they are not going to fix this problem, as my warranty has run out and they said I would have to pay for this myself. In all the years I've bought Japanese this has never happened to me before. Please, can you respond to my dilemma, as I'm at my wits end with this? Hoping to hear from you soon on this matter.
Yours Sincerely,
Andrew McDonald.

Hi, I'm a Malaysian. I bought a Mazda 6 2.5 the wagon year 2013 and I got a problem with the i-ELOOP system. I went to the Mazda authorized dealer in Ipoh (CHIN CAR SERVICE) and found out it's the capacitor problem. I heard that Mazda has doing the recall recarding the i-ELOOP system. I wondering is there any compensate recarding the problem mentioned above. Your feed back much appreciated.
