I'm trying to locate a life insurance policy that I have had for some time and which I seem to have lost track of. My name is Elizabeth Bolt with a DOB. of March 1, 1951. The policy originated from an offer through the nursing home I was employed for at the time in the Barre, VT area but I think it was actually physically located in Barre Town, VT Any help you might be able to provide would be appreciated.
