Kotak Equity Saving scheme. Regular plan, Monthly dividend. Folio number- 4636270/20
I have not received any statement of my account or dividend statement after October 2017. I am also not getting regular dividend though as per scheme I should get a dividend every month.
Please, look into it and send me a consolidated statement from beginning up to March 2018 and separately for April 2018 and then regularly.

I am investing in Kotak Select Focus Fund Growth plan SIP monthly Rs25000/ When I was looking for an investment fund I was trapped to the Geojit broker. I wish the total money I invest should go to my plan. I don't want my hard earned money even a penny goes to the broker. Hence I want to rid of my advisor/broker from my plan to continue my investment. Please advise me how to rid of my advisor & What I should do in this regard? My name is Sangeeta Agarwal. I am from West Bengal. I wanted to apply for Loan. But the Bank authorities checked my CIBIL and said that there were so many loans in my account. I had not taken any loan to date. Some other Sangeeta Agarwal of Rajasthan had taken all those loans and it is showing in my CIBIL. PAN number is showing same AEDPA5344L. Other details like Aadhar number, passport number are different.

We have sent 3 cheques for collection to your Bhagwatipur, Kolhar, Ahmednagar Branch on 29/12/2017 with the request to send the proceeds by way of DD of SBI on Kopargaon. However, on 19/01/2018 they have issued DD on their Sangamner branch, which is 50 K.Ms. away from us. Your Sangamner branch misplaced our DD of Rs.2920. After frequent reminders they have returned our DD with the reason, the validity expired. We have again contacted your Ahmednagar branch for revalidation. However, your Ahmednagar branch has not responded to us with reason that brings an application from the purchaser of DD and asked the purchaser to come at the branch personally. We have complained to your General Manager, however, he has not responded to us, to date. Being a banking institution, we are pressing hard by our customer, who have given cheques to us for collection, since long back. Please advise what to do.

hi, I have complaint regarding the lost of my debit card in the last week of may but I haven't received my debit card till date. Please check what is the issue with this I can't take this any longer already its been almost 20 days. If I didn't got any solution for this soon I will switch my account to another bank.

Hi,
I applied a credit card sending address replacements. I was given replacement address also so that they gave time within 10 working days they will deliver but til now I didn't get any reply. Please do a follow-up.

While trying to log in undernet banking, the login page is not displayed and hence not able to log in for net banking for my account number 2213483663. I had tried several times during the last 10 days but could not succeed. Earlier I was able to log in. Please inform me whether any technical issue or any change in the link?
Also, inform e-mail_id of customer care mail sent on mail_id service.bank@kotak.com could not be delivered.

Please let me know email id of concerned where to send the email and address of the branch to send the letter for closure. Also, please let me know the FD closure process too. From 27/12/18 to date I'm calling your customer care people but till now I didn't get any proper response from them this is the worst experience. I never have seen from another bank like this actually I asked some discount from Bankside about my credit card but whenever I called each person told me to different amount actually I didn't mention the amount this is the way to you help customer so please check with your bank or higher and get me back soon as possible til I didn't pay the bill amount.

Your employees are a fraud. They talk about zero balance account opening but opening chargeable accounts and also did maintenance charges.

On 8.8.2018 while purchasing SBI MF online my account number 741xxxxxxx879 has been debited but SBI MF shows that transaction has been failed. Please refund the amount immediately. One more thing I am facing difficulties when using Payment Gateway for payment to other entities through net banking. No payment can be done through Net Banking through Payment Gateway. Only once when it is done the problem arose that transaction failed, as detailed above. Please look into the matter urgently.

Kindly note that we keep on sending requests, for the Printing Rolls. In addition to that, we are frequently doing numerous followups. But, we have not yet received the Rolls. In fact, we received the message on 26/7/2018 stating that the Rolls were sent to us. The same is not yet reached our office. It's highly surprising, Why such false commitments were given? Hence, Kindly make an investigation and forward all the pending Rolls so far we were registered our request. Kindly treat this as at most urgent.

I have handed over the cheque towards credit card payment of Rs.12979/- on 2nd August 2018 in Saraswathi Puram, Mysore branch drawn on the Mysore merchants co.op bank, Mysore vides number 682903, dated 31/07/2018. But till today they have not sent it for collection. I am receiving the calls from your credit card department for collection of the balance also receiving the message for non payment. My customer ID is CRN39749373. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

Sir, On dated 16th October 2018 at 08:50 from Jalaram Petrol pump at Valia use my card for withdrawal Rs 6000/- but I did not receive money from SBI atm and on display shown "Out of Service* after that check my statement 6000/- rupees deducted from my account Many times going to the bank for complaint but not a proper response from bank staff. till date, I have not received my money. So I kindly request you to check the details and solve my problem.
