I am requesting my account to be closed. I have called and left numerous messages @ 1-888-169-4526 and have not received a return call. My credit card has been charged on 5-1-18 for $110 and I would my money to be refunded as soon as possible and do not send me any more products.

I received an email to comment on my May glam bag, but I have not yet received my May product. When will I receive it? I have already received an email to preview the June bag, but I'm still waiting for my May bag.

Sends items I did not want repeatedly
I wouldn't even give them a star! They sent items I did not like which were against the beauty quiz you take and once notified they did it again (several times) I have 4 bottles of the same useless face cream and 3 eyeliners that never had enough liquid in them to work. Secondly, they sent me lip liners, I have never said I used that mess - never gave the idea I wanted them. I have a hatred for that mess! This is on the big expensive box they just started the service on. It's sad, what you are doing to your image.

Cancel my order with ipsy
I emailed last month to cancel my ipsy orders. It started out as one and now I'm getting more. Please cancel all the orders. I do not wish to continue.

I am beyond annoyed with Ipsy. I joined in November 2018 and received my first bag and was pleased with the selections I was given. I never received my December bag and have made multiple attempts at reaching out and no one has responded to my efforts. I thought I'd give the benefit of the doubt with it being Christmas and perhaps mail has been delayed, but still haven't received anything. I was supposed to receive it in or around December 12th. The money was taken out of my account (of course) and so obviously I paid for something I haven't even received. I expect a call or an email to address this. This is unacceptable and while it?s only under $11 each month, I work hard for every dime I make. I'm stupid enough to see if my January bag comes and of course, seeing whether or not you decide to deduct money from my account. If not, I want to be reimbursed and will never refer anyone to you.

2 missing bags this month and last month
My bag didn't arrive last month at all and it's 6 days late this month my money was taken from my account both times. I look forward to seeing my package in the mail each month and I must admit I have been very disappointed. I hope you can take care of this I do love the products I receive every month and have recommended you to many of my friends who are also thrilled. My phone number is 859-805-8006.

Have not recieved februray bag
A second email with no response! I have been billed for the February bag ($10.80) and have not received it. Today, I was billed for the march. I have not heard from you, either send February's bag or credit my account. The next email/call will be from my lawyer.

The master card has sent me a new card with the same number, however, the expiration date has been changed to 07/22. The Security number has been changed, but I don't think that will affect you. Please confirm that this info has been changed so there will be no problem with payment for my ipsy bags.

Charges to my credit card
There was a $110.00 charge made to my credit card account. I have made no purchase from your company. Please give me the information regarding this charge. I need the name, address or email address used, which was purchased. The charge hit my credit card account on June 28, 2019.

I was charged 80.00 dollars in May. I have received only 2 bags. Now ipsy says I don't have the funds. This is a rip-off. I'm telling all my friends not to order from you.
