Good morning,
One of my friends has applied for renunciation of her Indian passport on 13th August 2017 and her WEB REF. The number is usanr7ef7f17 had her us passport no. Is 541314904 and Indian passport number is e6506371, till date she has not received her renunciation certificate nor her Indian passport.
Can she get a photocopy of renunciation certificate because she wants to apply for OCI as her father is very serious, so She wants to go to India as early as possible. Please help her in getting renunciation copy. Reply me as early as possible what procedure to follow.

Sorry to say, I wasted 2 hours of time to fill the address and validate it. Though I receive many FedEx, your website is not able to validate my address at all irrespective of browsers I validated.
Received an error as the Address entered by you doesn't validate.
Now I am forced to make a physical submission. I don't know how to react with frustration. Help me.

While we are sending documents do we have to submit the original PIO card or only copy of PIO? Because in the checklist asking for Original and copy but on the 3rd page of checklist saying that don't send any originals if needed we will ask for them.

On Step 5 (Submission and Collection Mode) the system keeps telling me my Zip code does not match my given address whereas the address on my application form is 2212 Valley Hollow, Norman, OK 73071, USA.
I will be grateful if you can help me address this problem
