I am Lokesh and I have a saving account of your Bank and also have a credit card .here my concern is that I want to close my credit card because I have never used it till today and then Why I pay the annual charge of Rs.280 and this amount is auto deducted from my saving account. this amount is deducted from the last 3 to 4 years. Now I have another credit card with lifetime free means no kind of extra charges so Why I pay for this.
So you are requested to kindly refund my whole amount which is auto deducted from my savings account in terms of annual charges then I will continue with it and remove the annual charge. You may reach at 9599149459.
