I had paid Rs.3565.30 against Reference ID 19062051834536 dated 20-June-2019 by ICICI bank easy to pay for the school of open learning university of Delhi through our Kotak credit card. I received messages from easy payment transaction failed, but the amount has been debited, kindly process for a chargeback.
