payment issued by using hdfc netbanking
One transaction was done at 4/5/18 using HDFC Netbanking. During the transaction, it showed the transaction failed but the amount got detected from my account, so please refund my 376 rs. The transaction number is 182140292491 at 10.50 am.

Kindly send us the Credit Card Statement dated 16.04.2018 that you have mentioned in May statement (Date. 16.05.2018). We require the statement for the Month of April.

This is to let you know that I am actually refraining from using your card as I notice you have been charging me late payment fees in one of your past bills. That's a little uncanny as First of all I am never late and secondly don't want to spoil my credibility by not paying these small transactions. Please check and revert.

Credit card payment due complaint
Before last month, I had 593 pending amount in a credit card but due to some reason, I could not pay the amount. But Today I got a text message from HDFC bank side that I have to pay Rs. 1777.17. I do not know how is it possible if I did not do any shopping by card my credit card.
Please let me know.
I'll not pay this amount at any cost. If I didn't get any solution soon then I'll close my account as well.

This morning I got an SMS from you along with OTP to create ATM Pin for my HDFC Credit Card ending with 4554. I am surprised to see this message because I have not received any credit card ending with 4554.
I am using HDFC AllMiles Credit Card ending with 0556 which will expire in the month of July-18. In this regard, days ago I had a message saying that a new card will be sent. Further, till today, I have not received any credit card from you or any message regarding the despatch of Credit Card.
Kindly look into the matter seriously and revert.

Unable to transfer funds and unable to add beneficiary in net and mobile banking
Hi Team,
My name is Anand Reddy Valeppagari, my Account number is 50100228458880. This account opened three months back, I am trying to transfer funds via Internet banking and mobile banking but I am unable. The error telling that "Application transaction not allowed". Since three months I am getting the same issue.
So please look in to this and rectify the same in prioritise.

I issued a cheque to HDFC Ltd, GZB branch on Jan 2019 for 5 lac by fraud the same cheque was reproduced amounting 2 lack in syndicate Bank how did it all happen? Needs investigation.

My account is debited Rs 1298 on 14th Sept 2018 in connection to the overdue loan amount. Whenever I inquired through customer care they are telling my account was an insufficient balance. Actually I have a loan for which every month I have to pay Rs 8589 on the 7th of every month. I do agree on the 07th of Feb and 7th of august 2018 my account was an insufficient balance, but both the time on the same date I have deposited the amount so that the loan amount can be cleared without any problem. Because the due date is 07th of every month so anyhow I keep my account update so that the loan amount can be cleared.
Note: every month on 07th, the closing of my account would be more than the loan amount. If the end of the day my closing is less than the loan amount, never mind u can debit me. Please advise.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I already took the personal loan for 2 lacs in HDFC Bank, Hosur & I have again taken the one more personal 4 lacs in HDFC Bank, Hosur and Included the old loan balance amount in the new loan. I'm not closing my old loan. So now they are deducting the money from old & new loan. So please support the issue.

Credit card statement not received
I have not received the credit card statement dated 17.1.2019 till today even after giving complaint twice on 20.1.19. I was informed first it will come in one hour. The second time they told me it will come today that is 21.1.2019, but not yet received.

Hi, I am using HDFC credit card for a long period, however redemption of points converted in to air travel ticket booking, I tried for many times, but not happening into booking. Kindly revert back to me, I got 40000 as an air tickets booking, but while going into ticket booking and further, the number is not accepting.

Regarding request to wave off the late fee charges against credit card last four digit
Dear Sir/Madam,
I wish to inform you that due to some confusion about the date of billing against the credit card number 4893 77XX XXXX 3279 for the month of February 2019, I have missed the catch the due date for the bill payment in this month. Therefore, I request you to wave off the late fee charges which were debited from my card. It happened unknowingly. Please look at the matter personally and do the needful by credit the same amount in my account at earliest. Looking forward to a favorable early response.

Cancellation request of HDFC credit card

Nonavailability of email id of credit card services
I calling to tollfree number is a tedious job-consuming time and requires extra patience to wait till someone picks up the call. Therefore, I feel comfortable communication through e-mail will be more convenient for many customers. Unfortunately, hardly any e-mail id is available on the website meant for HDFC credit cards. An id available "cards@hdfcbannk.com" seems to be not working as the message sent to this id has bounced. Please look into the matter and initiate make available e-mail ids for easy communication.
