I purchased the electronic battleship game for my grandson. He loves it. However, he has misplaced the ships and he cannot play with it now. Is there some way I can purchase these?
Thank you

My 94yo mother loves 1000 and 2000 piece puzzles. She and I nearly always have one in process. This last 2000 piece MB Big Ben puzzle is one of our few disappointments. About 75 pieces were missing a section in one corner about 4'x10'. I have a photo if you want to see it. In addition, the quality is not what I usually expect from Hasbro. The cutting was excellent with no ragged edges, but the cardboard is thin and difficult to pick up; the slightest motion caused many pieces to disconnect, and comparison to other puzzles in her collection indicates that we won't buy Big Ben again very soon. Quality products make the price reasonable. This one did not meet expectations.
Sincerely,
Sue Jenkins

I am an avid puzzle builder. I have well over 100 different scenes. I want to bring to your attention that I bought the Milton Bradley puzzles in the "Big Ben" Line, all containing 2000 pieces each. I paid $7.00 to $10.00 each. It is very disheartening to be working a puzzle and reach over and pick up broken pieces. There have been several broken pieces in the boxes I opened. Halfway through the makeup of the puzzle pieces. aking the puzzle doesn't lend itself to taking it back to the store we purchased it at. Curious if you had received any complaints about the poor quality of the makeup of the puzzle pieces.

I have a Board Game I created and would like the correct method of introduction. Besides being a fun Game it introduces young minds into common sense spending of money and mathematics. Thank You for taking the time to read this message.

I bought this puzzle to do with my granddaughter who loves Black-eyed Susans So disappointed that two edge pieces were missing and six extra pieces inbox as well. Guess I'll be checking out other manufacturers in the future, like White Mountain Puzzles. Being 66 I grew up with Hasbro and Milton Bradley do this was truly a letdown.

I purchased one of your puzzles at Wal-Mart and it had several pieces broken. Product number 80725AJU. It was a 2000 piece jigsaw puzzle of vintage shoes. I have the bar code number to 778988160442. the cost was $9.97 plus tax. I love doing jigsaw puzzles and I was disappointed to see so many pieces broken. I have pictures of the pieces and the receipt.

I belong to the Military Order of the Cootie, which was founded in New York City on September 17, 1920. The MOC is based upon the principles of having fun. I have just been assigned as the Seam Squirrel (Commander) of Pup Tent 24 which is located in Fayetteville NC. The colors are white and red. You can get an idea if you look up VFW Cooties on google. I am interested in trying to put together Cooties based on the characters from the game "Cootie" to use as a recruiting tool. I would like to see how much it would cost to get the parts made up in white and red. Can you assist me on how I can go about getting this information?
Thanks

I was given a 3D Jigsaw Puzzle (Junior Jungle) for a Gift. It was a challenge to put together and imagine how disappointed I was after working so hard on this puzzle to discover there was a piece missing. The Chimp's right hand was nowhere to be found. I only had this puzzle in one place and that was on a table in the family room.

I have built a 20'x8' Operation game for a 35 class reunion parade on June 8th in Lebanon, NH. I am looking to duplicate the sound, it would have to be much louder than the original. I would also appreciate any information or support. I would be happy to send you some pictures. Thank You in Advance for any help with this matter.

I live in a low-income seniors residence of approx 217 people in Burnaby BC, the average age is 82. I bought a Blue Furby at a yard sale for $5. Since then, I have asked of lonely elderly women to "babysit" my Furby as they sit alone in their rooms and they are enthralled. I have tried to approach Ellen DeGeneres to see if she would donate a Furby to anyone here who would want one. Furby has kept so many old people from being lonely.

I run games Day at our elementary school and do not have instructions for the new version of the mouse trap. I would like to get some as soon as possible as the kids love the old version and want to try this. I also wanted to know if Hasbro has a program to support games clubs in schools. Almost everything we have is donated and we could use more games. Games Day is once a week where have kids a safe, no bully zone to have fun, play games and make crafts during their lunch hour. Any help would be welcomed.
Thank you
Brenda

Greetings, I purchased a 48 piece My Little pony puzzle with your company logo on it @ a Five Below store recently. Today, we just opened the puzzle (it was completely sealed with plastic sticky tape all around the tin) and my daughter put it together and it is missing 3 pieces. The Hasbro website said to go to your website. The picture of the exact puzzle that I purchased at the store is found on the link below. http://www.amazon.com/My-Little-Pony-Puzzle-Friendship/dp/B017Y8CCAG/ref=sr_1_4?s=toys-and-games&ie=UTF8&qid=1457650748&sr=1-4&keywords=my+little+pony+48+puzzle+in+a+tin We are very frustrated and my birthday girl was very sad. Is there a way I can have a replacement sent or is there some other way to resolve this issue? Sincerely, Stephanie McLaughlin
