I already have my reservation but I want to reserve one suitcase as hold baggage. (At the moment I've only got hand luggage). I am going round in circles. I have been on at least 4 websites.

We are flying on TAP on Saturday evening. A few days ago we were invited to "bid" on an upgrade and my husband and I decided it would be worth $100 for us to try for an upgrade. This morning we received our upgrade and were charged $1530! This amount is 3x the original ticket. If we could've afforded first class, we would have purchased it. I am told there is no possibility of a refund. We are very very upset. We cannot afford this upgrade. My husband was willing to pay a total of $200 and thought we were entering some sort of lottery. Please reconsider, there is still time for you to move on to the next bidder. I am begging you, this price is way too much for us. Our phone number is 845 496-0410. Thank you for any consideration.
