I received an e-mail that the post office could not deliver my esquire subscription. I notified you that I had a change of address in APRIL of 2018. I received Esq. into Winter (2019 Bruce Springsteen) at my current address. It was impossible to tell if replying online was successful, so I phoned your 88 number today.
Why, after sending my magazines correctly for a year and a half, would you revert back to an old address? And, not catch the error when it was first discovered?
