I am writing this complaint regarding the rude and unprofessional behavior of my driver examiner: Tawfik ID: 598. During my driving test, from the moment I started the test the examiner was speaking to me in an angry and intimidating accent which made me feel nervous and under pressure. This behavior continued throughout the test and when I made a mistake the examiner yelled at me instead of giving constructive feedback.
I tried to explain to the examiner that he should not be yelling at me, but he continued to shout and interrupt me. When we arrived at the test center, he abruptly dismissed himself from the car without providing any feedback about my mistakes. When I tried to ask him about the next step he ignored me which left me feeling confused and frustrated.
His behavior was noticed by different people, and the examiner treats every girl who wears a hijab with the same rude and disrespectful behavior. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. I believe this behavior is racist and should be taken into consideration.
I believe that the examiner's behavior played a significant role in my failing the test and ruined my experience. I feel that the examiner was unfair and unprofessional.
