I have taken drivers for road tests to St Catharine's and Niagara Falls recently and my dashcams which I have for insurance purposes are constantly being touched and unplugged by the examiner. I'm aware that there is a directive stating dashcams can be on as long as they are not recording the examiner. I'm also aware it's in your preamble yet some examiners are leaving this out. I heard an examiner in the parking lot of St Catharines whose name tag said Emilia, telling another examiner that they are illegal to have on. Please address this with your examiners as touching the dashcams is unacceptable and unprofessional!
