I had booked Gr Test on August 22 at 11:30. I arrived with my son at 11:10 checked in got slip wait in vehicle until 1:15. My son still in vehicle in center blame system crash had to schedule by hand almost test what you want use to do. Other people with an appointment of 12:20 went out before my son.
You need to set up a sheet with times as people arrive put name number spotty their time examiners go out and take people in order best you can your time of appointment. 2 hours for a kid to sit in a car waiting on a road test is unacceptable. How long have you guys been doing this? First time system went down? You have no protocol to keep timed appointments? Not even Bush league completely unfair for all people here today.
