Arrived at 8:30 am and waited in line for over 3 hours. At her 3-hour time, our line did not move at all. But all the other lines emerge emptied. It is COVID times and protocols changed? did your office not know this since a year and a half ago. Also, do you not have staff to open another testing site for the overload? No tents for shade, no information shared until you're right up at the front of the line. It is 37 degrees and then students are to go inside and do a test with clarity. I honestly believe to make money this is purposely done. Because anything else does not make sense? It is a total disregard for humanity, for the basic comforts of your customers who are here to get their test but also to keep you in a job. Thanks for your disregard, disrespectful company heads who do not have to go through this.
