- Examiner failed to follow rules

Kathy (or Kathlyn), the Oakville test center examiner that examined me failed to follow two of the following rules she listed below:
1. You will not be asked to do anything against the law?
2. You will be given instructions well in advance?
Kathy started the test by shouting stop? fearing that I wouldn't yield the right of way to an oncoming car as I was turning right out of the drive center when I had already noticed the car and stopped the car immediately. Did she proceed to shout stop? regardless for absolutely no reason.
When going on the QEW 403 highway, the lane was not ending so I did not have to merge? or switch lanes. Kathy proceeded to ask me to switch to the left lane when there was a car right next to me. The procedure here is that I wait until the car passes me so that I can then safely switch behind them. Kathy continued to pressure me to switch and explained that I should adjust my speed limit and slow down to be able to fit behind them. We are taught to never slow down when switching lanes and she a specifically asked me to make it happen regardless, explaining that I need to get out of their blind spot, which was impossible as they had a truck in front of them slowing down so they had to slow down too which gave me no room to switch lanes even after doing what she asked and slowed down to 90km. This was dangerous as I slowed down the whole lane to do as she asked and there was a risk that the car behind me would not have enough time to stop. She then proceeded to comment on how slow I was and that I should do exactly what she says. She then very abruptly told me to take the highway exit right before I passed it which caused me to slow down again to slow down the car again so that I may take the exit.
The entire test was stressful as she started it off by intervening and shouting unnecessarily.
