I am deeply disappointed to report that the conduct of the examiner, Code S23, was highly unprofessional and created a distressing experience for me as a learner, as well as for several other candidates who were present.
During the road test, the examiner displayed a level of rudeness and impatience that was both unexpected and unsettling. His communication style included shouting loudly, which not only made me personally uncomfortable, but also had a detrimental impact on my ability to concentrate and perform effectively during the test. The atmosphere created by his behavior was tense and stressful, hindering the overall learning experience for all candidates involved.
Furthermore, it has come to my attention that I am not alone in this experience. Several other candidates who were present at the trial location have expressed similar concerns regarding the same examiner S23's conduct. It appears that his customer service level is consistently below the expected standard, and this has left a lasting negative impression on those seeking to obtain their driving credentials.
