I am emailing you account I tried to cancel my apt scheduled for Aug 2nd 2022 at 1 10 pm. I tried to cancel online, July 30th 2022, but they had no record of my apt, because it was manually inputted told [it was written down and never put into the system.] So I shouldn't be charged the 100 cancelation fee because I put all my efforts to cancel the apt but was unsuccessful account my information was not submitted and that is not my fault. Please let me know what actions are going to take place from this, because I feel I shouldn't be charged the 100 cancelation free thank you for your time.
