Whenever I'm login to my digital bank account asking UPI address and every time asking new one how many times I have to change my UPI address could you help us on this I'm totally dissatisfied with this issue.
If it is not resolved I'm going to close this account.

Credit has been stolen again

I am writing once again regarding the SMS scam that literally stole my credit today. It was mentioned that I am successfully subscribing to something that I never know and will never want to. Attached is a copy of the SMS. I want to have my credit back. Please help.

Regarding of CSC registration.

I want to register in the CSC portal. Please help.
Recently when I performed my CTOSS check, they informed me that I have an outstanding bill amounted to Rm 542.46 (Account Number 1000000427216) which was pending like 18/20 years ago. As far as I remember, I've never had an account with Digi. All the while, I'm with Maxis. Anyway, I would like to settle this amount asap if your management could give me some rebate on this even though I'm the victim. Hope this request will be considered.

customer service does not answer phone call
since last evening(19/11/14)till now (20/11/14) i called but noon answering the phone, i have complaint before but no one get back to me so if really no one working please dun put centre number or complaint form it is a ridiculous...!

Your Customer Services Sucks
I will try to call from morning until noon. None of your customer service team member pick up my call. What the hell?
DIGI do you have customer service team or not? or they earn stupid salary... I just only want my line to be connected again...I really upset
If you really have a customer service team, I would like to advise u that please not use machine to answer our call...please use human bro at least we know what is happening...

If you really don't have customer service team please don't fool your customer by putting your number which is no one able to pick up our call. This is totally not professional.
Please take this thing seriously.. people need to be connected during emergency ... people like me wanted to get confirmation from Digi to connect again our line a day before our travelling time in order for us to call emergency unit during emergency time.

Extremely poor customer service. After a long advertisement, no one picks up at all. I am calling for 5 days, but none picked up! If you don't have a customer service team, don't put the bloody number, and I doubt if you will reply to this complaint!

No one picks up the phone when I call at your service center. I waited around 10 minutes but still, nobody picked up the call, is this a way you treat your customer? How many times I will have to call to hear you, please reply I'm waiting for your reply.

On Sat (28/11/2015), I received a text message alerting me to a RM 3.00 charge for an 8 second call for an MT International Roam at 01:17:20. I need some rectification as my phone was in airplane mode at the time of the charge above and it was only switched on at 01:30.
I hope it can be settled soon.
