I Need to update the same account for my salary translation. How I can change employer name, what are the process I have to follow and what are the documents I need to submit, and kindly advise current status of my account, whether it still open or close. I was trying to login to my online Banking Account but was unable to, I type in the OTP correctly which led to my card being blocked. Unfortunately, I could not connect to the Help Line on the phone. Kindly assist me to get my card open for my transactions.

I was one of the account holders in your bank, was working in Abu Dubai and left the job due to my health conditions.

I'm requesting you to please register my email id for online internet banking. On the 4th of Feb 2019, I went to my DIB Branch and request them to register me but no response? They took my E-mail id for registration but still nill. So please help me to register for internet banking.

I would like to raise a complaint regarding my agent due to slow action from her side. My current bank NOC letter for settlement has been prepared since 7th October and from that day I am requesting from my agent and the customer service to give me a copy of the NOC so I can submit to our payroll team and transfer my payroll to my DIB account. However, it has been two weeks since then, I'm calling the landline 04 701 6610 everyday but no one is answering my calls. It seems that no one wants to get the issue resolved. Tomorrow is the last day of submission for my salary transfer and I am still waiting for nothing-meaning I have to wait for another month to be able to transfer my salary. I am already paying my monthly amortization and yet I haven't had the chance to used my loan. Please assist in addressing this matter with urgency.

Dear Customer Service,
I am a little frustrated here particularly after my communication with your customer service people via email. (the entire string is attached). I am a customer that needs a running statement of my account (CIF-0493907) since 01.01.2017 for tax purposes in Pakistan where I currently reside.
I am currently in Pakistan and also do not have online connectivity as yet (No ATM card also). I do receive monthly consolidated statements on my registered email address, which is only on a month on month basis. I have made these limitations clear in my last three emails.
I seem to be getting a very standard auto-reply kind of responses, I do not think anyone is actually reading my request carefully. I really hope someone can help me in sorting this matter as soon as possible as I can not visit any branch as I am currently in Pakistan, I do not have online banking services so I can not directly download.
Please help.

Here I want to drag your attention to an issue I am facing is that I tried to transfer funds to an account but every time when I click to "Fund Transfer" a sentence appears on my laptop's screen "We are sorry that request action can not be performed at this time please try again".
Now I am looking for your kind and quick response.

Dear all,
I would like to inform you regarding my serious problem So I resigned and I got my final settlement money credit in my DIB account. The moment it came in, my account got frozen as I had a Quraza Hasana. After joining my new company in the same account DIB they depositing my salary. But still my account money has not been realized I already visited the bank much time but they asked only a salary transfer certificate. but our company procedure will not give you STC. Before the 6th month prohibition period. So I request you to make correct solve my financial problem. I hope you will solve it.
