Two times amount debited from my bank account without any reason. Myself Ms. Savita Rakshikar. Today I got a message from the bank that BOI- Rs.1298.00 Debited(TRF) in your Ac XX1806 on 02-05-2018. The same message I got on 19-04-2018 for Rs.120.00 Debited(TRF).
Trying to call the bank of India customer care, but no one is picking up my call. I want clarification about this deduction. I want to refund my money which is unnecessary and without information deducted from my account.

My self Vrinda Deepak Joshi savings bank account number 8814xxxxxxxxx04031 in Indore, Rajendra Nagar branch. I have applied for mobile number 8087343201 updating dated 14-03-2019 but the branch did not take any action, therefore, I am available to operate my ATM card. Please instruct the branch to do the needful. I will be highly obliged.

I regret to inform you that I submitted an application for closing my saving bank account number 4026xxxxxxx0389 at your J.L. Nehru Road Branch, Kolkata-700071 on 12th March 2019 along with my Credit Card, Debit Card, Pass Book, and unused cheques, but till date, the same work has not yet completed by your bank. My online payments from my account for surfshark.com are getting canceled every time, because of not getting approval of authentication check, known as 3D-S check. On 17.01.17 I swap the atm card at Madan Mohon store for a purchase, the balance was debited from my account but the receipt wasn't printed. So kindly refund the amount as soon as possible.

I am not happy with the bank of India. Since I applied twice for net banking visited twice to Badowala Dehradun branch they said that kit has been delivered to the address but I didn't receive any kit or courier. Seriously I am not happy with BOI services and soon going to close my account.

I have an issue related to a refund from amazon as they confirm that refund will be issued on 13/07/2017. But till now I'm not getting my refund amounting to 13999/-. My refund reference number is 74332747195719409925773 as amazon says that it is being credited, but I physically check in my mini statement and visit my branch too but no solution kindly updates me on this refund issue.
