My booking number S537WP. I made my first reservation with Amoma yesterday. I have 2 questions and called the 800 number and was on hold for 15 minutes and hung up. This is not a good first impression! I then emailed my questions to bookings@amoma.com and they still have not replied back. I want to know what a Double Room means - the Cambria that I have reservations with does not list a Double room. I also want to confirm that there will be no additional taxes charged from the hotel.

I booked through Amoma muy hotel in Paris, after paying the voucher comes with a note that I need to be at the hotel before 7:00 pm, but this information was not shown before, and now nobody answers about what I can do, I'm afraid I'll have to pay a penalty because Amoma did not post it the info as it should and the lack of answer from the hotel and Amoma is frustrating.
