Sir, As per customer care instructions I had remitted Rs 681/- for 3 months subscription. No change applied. Now I am informed that my subscription expires on 23/05/2018. How is this? My DTH account 3025669391 was given a wrong mobile number due to technical reasons, I request you to please change the number from 9449486774 to 9449066774, I have contacted your customer service over the phone not done since long, I am not getting clear messages for recharge. I also want to know recharge charges for 2nd connection, on annual basis.
