Halo Airtel, I would like anyone to help me stop whatever is happening to my account everytime someone calls me instead it's my money being subtracted. I really can't understand, please try to rectify my problem and give me a refund.

I want to unsubscribe from voice mail because it just records even when the caller is not intending to. And the other thing, the caller is charged yet it not by their choice to send me the voice mail. Thank you.

Two days ago I sent SHS 37,000/- to Robert Edweku (0706048813) using my Airtel number 0752624275. He later informed me he doesn't have access to his Airtel money account as he forgot his pin. Please advise on the possibility of him getting a new pin, or me re-accessing the money so I forward it to him another way.

Dear Airtel,
It's a total disappointment. I happened to buy airtime from my Airtel money, of 7000 UGX, transaction ID 18590918600 on 0702333802 but it was never credited to my airtime account yet money was removed from my mobile money account.
My frustrations are that I have failed to get assistance to recover that money. Tried contacting via Facebook page but in vain.
Should I give up because all have failed or that is the way things are done, to cheat customer like that?

My phone is locked. Please help me figure out the password or puke. My phone was in the pocket and it pressed the part of putting a password. I do not know the digit that was entered. When I tried forging, it got locked. I can not access any airtel calls now. Please help urgently. I am missing a business.

Hello, it's bad that I feel like not loading for data because its too expensive for some of us compared to MTN and sending complicated messages as a way of chasing customers. When you call for help, you are answered badly as if its a crime. I was not satisfied with the way someone answered me.

Hello Airtel, Thanks for your services. I am currently working in Rwanda but I use your Airtel line. However, for the past one month and a half, I am unable to receive calls and neither can I receive any message. However, I am able to make calls successfully. I want to know why the following numbers 0757412244 and 0758258613 didn't receive their commission for august up to now? I have on several occasions traveled to the head office to rectify the problem but the answer I get always is wait for the money will come tomorrow, I have now waited till October but no money yet. The money I have so far wasted traveling to the head office at the clement hill in Kampala is actually now more than the commission I am demanding. please airtel money Uganda why don't you walk the talk?. I'm staying in Biiso town in Buliisa district but no service center even a shop or agent handling Airtel re-verification exercise yet some of the numbers are being disconnected, what should we do. It's costly to travel to Masindi 42km or Hoima 58km to get the service. Please handle the matter as soon as possible. But my numbers are not yet disconnected but those of my neighbors.
