I have been trying for several weeks now to cancel my membership so that my account won't be billed another month because my daughter no longer uses the site. When I click onto cancel my account it goes to an error page and the same thing happens when I try to place the account on hold. I emailed someone last week and a response was given to me saying that technical support would help me with this issue. I haven't heard from anyone yet and I am still having the same problem even today trying to cancel the membership. I expect to hear from someone very soon or I will be forced to take legal action because I feel like I am being scammed.
