I want the charges to stop, the account closed and my money refunded. My son signed up for this program without my permission. He completed the free trial and he hasn't logged back in since. But, yet you charge me every month. I asked to cancel and you keep charging my account. This needs to stop and my credit card will view this as fraudulent.
