This account was canceled months ago and yall continue to bill every month and I want to be stopped. I have tried without any success to call left messages, number, e-mail address no response & you have again have billed me today, I no longer need your service so please cancel. I was only going for the free trial and didn't use it. I would like my money back. I was billed on July 01 and again on July 26 of 40.30 Canadian each time If I don't hear from you today I plan on contacting MasterCard hoping they will help me.

Hi, I signed up my two daughters for the free trial, and their information got mixed up by you after just a few days into their learning. One is a grade 1 and the other grade 4 but u gave the P1 all the p4 work, and u mixed up all the pets they have collected. Can u please do all the adjustments or else how will I consider signing them up for the lessons in the future?

I already have a screenshot that I am no longer subscribe to before the 1 monthly bill. I have tried to reach their email but no reply until now. info@adaptedmind.com. The site is also a crack. I was so disappointed why I subscribe in the first place. Horrible Site!

I had not received the email before you started charging from my account as stated on your webpage. I would like a refund for the charges. As you can see my son only used it the first few days, this site was not for him, he went through things very quickly than was bored. And the harder lessons were different than learning at school so it made it more complicated.

Please can someone contact me? I canceled the membership at least 6 months ago. On checking through my statements I found that you are taking the £9.98 on a recurring card payment! Please ensure this is stopped and refund me my payments back! Please log this as a complaint!

I want this canceled and no more charges applied to me. And I do not use it and I don't want to ever be charged again. Please cancel this and apply these charges back to my account, don't ever charge to my account again. Please apply the 2charges of 9.95 back to my bank account and never do this again. We signed up for your website with the clear understanding that it was $9.95 a month like it states. We were charged $19.95 instead. I found a number to call, left a message for someone to call me back, although not sure whom this number belongs to as there was no name of a company or any other info on the recording. I want confirmation that my account is closed. I closed it through your website and also called and left a message. This is a very shady company. Payment has also been blocked.
